Right of Withdrawal

Under Swiss law, there is no general statutory right of withdrawal for online purchases. Dani Kiwi Art does not grant an additional voluntary right of withdrawal unless stated in our Refund Policy. Any mandatory statutory rights that cannot be excluded remain unaffected.
