2. Products
We aim to represent our artworks and products as accurately as possible. Colors and appearance may vary depending on screen settings and devices.
Product specifications, dimensions, materials and edition sizes are stated on the respective product page. We reserve the right to update or discontinue products and editions.
3. Orders
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected product. The order becomes binding once it has been accepted and payment has been successfully processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. Once production has started, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Returns, cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy [LINK] and applicable mandatory law.
4. Prices and Payment
The price applicable at the time of ordering is shown in the online store. Taxes are displayed and included as required by applicable law.
Shipping costs are calculated separately and shown during checkout.
Depending on the destination country, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Where these are not collected at checkout, they may be charged directly to the recipient.
5. Production, Shipping and Delivery
Artworks are produced and shipped directly by our production partner WhiteWall.
Shipping methods, estimated delivery times and shipping costs are based on WhiteWall’s current shipping conditions and may vary depending on product, size and destination. The applicable shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown during the ordering process.
Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by production, carriers, customs or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

The purchase contract remains between the customer and PRtools GmbH / Dani Kiwi Art.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an artwork arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at mail@danikiwi.com, preferably with photographs of the product and packaging.
We will handle valid claims in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks, photographs, images, music, text, graphics, designs and other original content on this website are protected by intellectual property and copyright laws.
Purchasing an artwork does not transfer copyright or reproduction rights. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, commercially used or modified without prior written permission.
8. Shopify and Third-Party Services
Dani Kiwi Art is powered by Shopify. However, purchases made through this store are made directly with PRtools GmbH / Dani Kiwi Art and not with Shopify.
